Paola leads plant research and data analysis at Azaneo, designing and managing lab, greenhouse and field trials. With expertise in plant–soil interactions and climate change impacts, she plays a key role in assessing the ecological effects of Azaneo’s technology and advancing its sustainability efforts

Luke | R&D Lead

Luke leads R&D at Azaneo, overseeing the development and testing of the company’s core technology. With expertise in power electronics, electroporation, and electrode design, he has been key to advancing Azaneo’s electrical weed control systems from concept to field deployment.
